Do I need to come to your office?
No. We meet you at Pristina Airport, at the arrivals exit, at any hour. The contract is signed on the spot. Our office is on Rruga e vjetër e Aeroportit, 500 m from the airport.
Is a deposit required?
No, we do not ask for a deposit.
Do you have automatic cars?
The gearbox of each car, manual or automatic, is shown in the booking module.
Can I drive outside Kosovo?
Yes, to Albania, North Macedonia and Montenegro only, at no extra charge. The insurance certificate is in the car. Driving in the European Union or any other country is forbidden.
What about winter?
From 15 November to 15 March, our cars have winter tyres and snow chains, as required by Kosovo law.
